Tom is a senior consultant and trainer with over 30 years experience working with state and local government, corporate, educational and non-profit organizations on business improvement, community development and information technology initiatives. Tom has experience with state agencies (social services, transportation, revenue, health, judicial, and information services, among others), the retail industry, school districts, local government and higher education. A member of the International Society of Sustainability Professionals, Tom holds a Masters in Education/ Instructional Communications, and is a Certified Dialogue Education Practitioner.

Joel Trachtenberg

Joel is a senior Consultant and Certified Master Coach. He has been helping organizations to increase and sustain their performance by realizing the highest returns on their investment in critical change management and process transformation initiatives. He has consulted worldwide in the government, financial, manufacturing, IT, and hospitality sectors. Drawing on his accomplishments in Systems Analysis, Process Design, Change Management and Training, Joel is dedicated to helping clients produce measurable results in innovation and productivity, operational excellence, and increased profitability.
